  Yes!!! It does seem oddly convenient that they would study that WT in January of 2014 about ''receiving instructions that may not seem strategic from a human standpoint''. That study just being almost 4 months exactly prior to implementing this new ''stealth tithing'' mechanism. Wow!!! hmm, interesting isn't it??

  yeah that statement about ''obey any instructions we may receive, whether hey are strategic from a human standpoint or not'' just gives you the chills, it does make one wonder what they have up their sleeve.

  Fading policies and doctrines

  first a clarification - this is not about policies on faders etc.

  it is about how the borg allow policies and doctrines to fade rather than correct them and apologise for mistakes.

  let's hope some savvy investigative journalists see a pulitzer for opening up this story to cover the us and worldwide cases.. jehovahs-witnesses-face-child-sex-abuse-investigation-in-australia/2015/08/14/.

  "Getting Baptized Is A Protection...."

  i'm sure that most of us heard that line when we were young.

  i never could convince myself of that, other than that it hung a blade over my head that would then be on the chopping block should i err in some way and thus they would be protected from me, but i also knew that i needed to do so anyway.

  otherwise i'd be a pariah if i got older and didn't take the step, and i wanted to be good in their eyes.

  Telling young minds ''getting baptized is protection'' is a control tactic. Especially young impressionable minds, say before the age of 18. It's a billion year contract which you can never get out of without immense mental strain and social ramifications. Like someone said before it's like 'The Hotel California, you can enter but you can never get out of.'
